HOW TO REGISTER

You can register for a diagnostic assessment via this link. This will place you on my waiting list. Once space becomes available, you'll receive a link to schedule an intake interview. After the first appointment, you'll have access to the digital calendar to book further appointments for your assessment.

The waiting time for an initial consultation is approximately 1 to 2 months. Depending on how busy it is, you may have to wait a while after the first session before we can actually begin the assessment.

RATES

Unfortunately, it's very difficult to determine an exact cost for an assessment in advance. This is because many factors impact how long or complex an assessment can be, which we don't always know about from the outset.

However, I do believe it's important for you, as a client, to have some idea of what to expect.

Below, you'll find the average price for various assessments. This isn't to say it'll be that exact price, but it serves as a guideline. I also provide a range for very complex processes or those that take longer due to other factors (such as a slow processing style). Again, this is a guideline.

During our intake session, I always try to estimate the duration of your assessment, based on your needs. The goal of the intake session is to jointly explore your needs, gain a clear understanding of your challenges, and provide advice on further steps (diagnostic or otherwise). This may also mean that the conclusion is that a diagnostic assessment is (not yet) necessary. We'll always discuss this together.

I don't offer payment plans, but you can always choose to plan appointments as quickly or slowly as you like. This allows you to spread out your payments if needed. When booking each appointment, you'll pay a €100 deposit through the online system, and you'll usually pay another €100 during the appointments themselves. This covers our contact time, materials, and any processing and reporting required.

INTAKE INTERVIEW: €200

(includes a comprehensive pre-screening battery + processing of information and case file creation)

AUTISM ASSESSMENT: average €1200, can reach around €1800

(includes intake interview, materials, processing, assessment, a comprehensive report, and psycho-education)

ADHD ASSESSMENT: average €1000, can reach around €1400

(includes intake interview, materials, processing, assessment, a comprehensive report, and psycho-education)

COMBINATION AUTISM AND ADHD ASSESSMENT: average €1800, can reach around €2600

(includes intake interview, materials, processing, assessment, a comprehensive report, and psycho-education)

I always try to prepare a very comprehensive report so that it is sufficient for other organisations if necessary. If you need specific reporting later, you will be charged a fee based on the time required to complete it.

Some health insurance plans will reimburse a small portion, but always check carefully whether they also reimburse diagnostic services, not just therapeutic services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel an appointment up to 48 hours beforehand. You can do this yourself via the online appointment system (this option is included in your confirmation and reminder emails). In case of late cancellation or no-show (less than 48 hours in advance), the deposit you paid when scheduling your appointment will be retained. An exception to this is if the absence is for medical reasons, with a medical certificate as proof.

If you're late for a session, the time won't be extended. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the session starts (without prior notice), I'll assume the session is cancelled.

DISCLAIMER

As a clinical psychologist, I am authorised to diagnose independently under the law of July 10, 2016. However, I do collaborate behind the scenes with other disciplines through intervision, supervision, and multidisciplinary consultations to maintain a broad perspective. I also collaborate with a psychiatrist.
